  • Approximately 1-1/2(FT)-3(PT) months worked in operations

  • Highly proficient in each operational position (scoring 4’s and above)

  • Passing score on Advanced Team Member test found on Pathway

Advanced Team Member -> Trainer

  • Completion of EOI

  • Demonstrates Maintained High proficiency in each operational position (scoring 4’s and above)

  • Trainer application has been completed in full.

  • Trainer availability 

  • Completion of Trainer Path.

  • Passing score on FOH/BOH (Test Links) Trainer Knowledge Test.

  • Character evaluation

Trainer -> Assistant Manager

  • Completion of EOI

  • Demonstrates Maintained High proficiency in each operational position (scoring 4’s and above)

  • Assistant Manager application has been completed in full.

  • Assistant Manager availability 

  • Completion of Assistant Manager Path.

  • Interview with a member of the Director Team.

  • Character evaluation.

  • Demonstrates Maintained High proficiency in each operational position (scoring 4’s and above)

  • Team Leader application has been completed in full.

  • Team Leader availability 

  • Selection/approval of two(minimum) areas of specialization.

  • Interview with a member of the Director Team.

  • Character evaluation.
